PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS FULLY BEFORE BOOKING.

• Hire charges will be for periods of 1 day (up to 24hours).

• A minimum £25 non-refundable deposit payment will be required to secure your booking. The deposit will then be deducted from the final balance due at least 1 day prior to your sleepover.

• We understand that sometimes dates may need to be changed. We will try our best to accommodate but will need at least 7 days notice.

• Our Teepees measure 180 x 90cm, please ensure you have enough space before booking and ensure that the furniture is removed ready for set up as we are unable to help with moving furniture.

• All prices are subject to change, however prices quoted at the time of booking will be honoured.

• Themes and accessories supplied may slightly differ to our photographs.

• Please let us know if there are any parking issues or your house is difficult to access.

• We will aim to deliver at the time requested. If for any reason we are going to be late (due to traffic) we will get in contact with you to let you know the new arrival time.

• It is your responsibility (the customer) to supervise children and take a duty of care with our equipment.

• It is your responsibility ( the customer) to check if any of the children have any skin or food allergies.

• It is your responsibility (customer) to ensure that no matches, candles or naked flames are in close contact with our equipment.

• No Smoking is allowed around our equipment. Smoking poses a fire risk and smoke damage to our equipment. Teepee's that have been exposed to smoke will have to be replaced and you will be invoiced accordingly..

• Pets of any kind are not allowed onto our equipment and we kindly request that they are kept away from the Teepees so not to cause any damage.

• Please do not allow any playdough, slime, paint or makeup near our Teepee's as these can stain and cause damage which you will then be invoiced for.

• When we collect our equipment it will be checked over for damages. If any damage or stains are found on our equipment we will invoice you accordingly. This includes loss of parts, damage to wood or fabric and stains, damage to a tent will be charged at a set rate of £50.
